This easy-to-make dessert is packed with superfood goodness.
Crust:
- 1 bag (10oz) Purely Elizabeth granola
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Blend and press into bottom of a silicone baking mold.
Açaí Filling:
- 1 1/2 cup soaked raw cashews
- 2 packets Trader Joe’s açaí puree
- 1 Life Equals Balance the Superfood Shot
- 1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
Blend all ingredients. Layer on top of the crust and freeze for a bit.
Topping:
Melt dark or semi-sweet chocolate. Cover açaí blend with chocolate to create the third layer of the bars. Place back in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours before eating.
